Shipping & Currency
All items are listed in NZ Dollars ($) excluding gst and we only ship within New Zealand at this time.
Delivery Time
Products listed on our website are normally held instore at our East Tamaki Warehouse.
We will aim to dispatch product within one working day using one of our 2 freight companies. New Zealand couriers or Strait NZ depending on the size/weight and destination of the products ordered.
On occasion where we are out of stock of a normally stocked line we will contact you with estimated dispatch date to ensure you are happy with the timeframe.
Order In Items
If you require an item not listed on our website please contact us with your requirements and in most cases we will be able to help you by ordering these products in from one of our suppliers. This can add 1-3 days to delivery timeframes or more if this item is an airfreight ex an overseas supplier.
We will attempt to advise a lead times at the time of order placement if these lead times will materially impact on delivery – ie longer than 5-7 workdays.
Returns /Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong size of product, you can return the item in sale-able condition to us for a refund or exchange. Please note customer must send product back to us at their own cost for refund or exchange; however once we have received the product for exchange we will send out the right product at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return/exchange if possible as it makes the process much easier and faster.
